What we offer is VIN data sets, NOT VIN decoding software, only VIN data sets. If you are looking for anything other than VIN data sets, you are in the wrong place. Data bases are organized for common since programming. Your php, c+ or other developer will create a vin decoder in no time from this data. No more being held hostage to decode vins. We ask input from our users but do not require it. We ask that anyone who finds a error in the data to let us know so we may upgrade it on the annual upgrade. The Annual upgrades are optional not mandatory for those using the vin data sets.
